Weird eBay Listing #17: Conjoined Cherries

The seller in this weird eBay auction is actually just selling two cherries that are stuck together.

According to the text of the listing, this is rare and should therefore be considered a collector's item. I'm no cherry expert, so I can't say it isn't. Anybody want to bid $50,000?

This listing currently has 163 views and 45 bids. It's up to $30,300.00 (really) from a starting bid of $24.99.

Update: This one ended at $30,300.00 and 45 bids. The total number of views was 271. So, does anybody think the seller will actually collect?

On ebay they use the sale of useless items to cover drug money deals. What you saw was several drug barons bidding over a two (most likely kilos) of Cocaine.
The price of one kilo of pure coca at is at about ~$30,000, so its understandable how they price jumped so bad.
<3 but it looks funny from other points of view

I never thought about people using eBay to sell drugs. You could very well be right about that.

Some people do use crazy auctions to draw attention to their real/serious listings. I didn't check to see if this particular seller had other items for sale though.

I think some people also do it just to be silly.

I think you might be right about this one.
