They're freeze dried space food just like the astronauts eat. According to the seller, they're quite tasty and come in a variety of flavors. There has only one bid so far, the starting bid of $11.97. You can buy it at the air and space museum in DC for like, $3 a pack. By  J-Ha, at November 20, 2008 11:17 PM   You can actually buy it almost anywhere now. Even Toys-R-Us and Wal-Mart. And as J-Ha already pointed out...every museum in the universe sells it, though things must be a lot cheaper in DC because you can't even breathe the air inside our museum for $3.
