Yep, that's right. There are fish in the toilet tank. Every time you went to the bathroom, there'd be someone right at your back, staring at you. Could you go with someone watching? And imagine the plight of the poor fish! It would get mooned over and over. Every time it just started to get comfortable, there's be another huge mass looming over it, plopping down right beside it, narrowly missing it.
